Why should I have a yearly maintenance plan?
A yearly maintenance plan is one of the most effective ways to protect your building, reduce long‑term costs and keep your roof and cladding performing as they should. Regular inspections and cleaning prevent small issues from becoming expensive problems.
1. Early Detection Prevents Major Failures
Annual inspections identify cracked sheets, loose fixings, failed sealants, blocked gutters and early signs of corrosion before they develop into leaks or structural damage. Catching issues early saves thousands in reactive repairs.
2. Protects the Lifespan of Your Roof and Cladding
Roofs and cladding systems last significantly longer when they are inspected, cleaned and maintained. Removing debris, clearing gutters and addressing minor defects reduces wear and tear and helps preserve manufacturer warranties.
3. Keeps Gutters and Drainage Working Properly
Blocked gutters are one of the biggest causes of leaks and internal water damage. Yearly clearing ensures water flows correctly, preventing overflow, damp and costly internal repairs.
4. Reduces Unexpected Repair Costs
Planned maintenance is far cheaper than emergency call‑outs. By dealing with minor issues during scheduled visits, clients avoid sudden failures, downtime and unplanned expenses.
5. Maintains Building Appearance and Professional Standards
Clean cladding and a well‑maintained roof improve the overall look of your building, support brand image and help maintain compliance for commercial and industrial sites.
6. Provides Clear Documentation for Insurance and Compliance
Annual reports with photos and advisories provide a documented history of care. This is valuable for insurance claims, warranty support, lease agreements and asset management.
7. Peace of Mind All Year Round
Knowing your building has been professionally inspected, cleaned and maintained gives confidence that your roof and cladding are safe, compliant and performing as intended.
Do you provide photos and reports?
Yes. Every package includes a full photographic report with clear advisories and recommendations.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. Clients can upgrade from Bronze or Silver to Gold at any time.
Do you work on commercial and residential properties?
Yes. All maintenance packages are available for commercial units, industrial buildings, managed properties, residential homes and developments.
Can additional repairs be added to the visit?
Yes. Any repairs outside the scope of the package can be quoted separately.
